1.  PRE-APPLICATION MATTERS

2.  APPLICATION MATTERS

Question: Spelling mistakes of personal information in Application Form

Question: Wrong selection of Program of Study

Question: Inability to access the Application Form

Answer:

  • Click Application Form at the right side of the page
  • Ensure the bank officer post your payment and you get alert confirmation, for without the bank post your payment, you will not be granted access to fill the form

 

Question: Inability to upload the photograph during filling of the application form

Answer:

  • Make sure the size of the photograph is less than 20kb (Kilobyte) on a white background
  • Ensure the internet connectivity is okay

 

Question: Admission requirement for both O’Level and Direct Entry Applicant

Answer:  Click on Admission Requirement to see the details information.


 Question: Want to reprint Entrance Examination Slip

Answer: -  

  • Click Application Form at the right side of the page, 
  • Supply your reference number, then
  • Click print to reprint your exam slip


 

3.  ADMISSION MATTERS

Question:  Inability to check the exam results and admission status

Answer:  

  • Is the exam result out? If no, kindly wait patiently, if yes: click on check exam result link,
  • supply your application number and click on submit to check your exam result and status

 

Question: Inability to print admission letter

Answer:  

  • If your admission status reads “Congratulation” after checking your exams results,
  • Click on ‘Continue Button’ to fill the online poll completely, and then
  • Click on the button to print the admission letter. If your admission status reads otherwise, wait for the supplementary details


Question:  Admission letter spilling over to 2-pages

Answer:  Reprint the admission letter by setting the page setup

 

Question:  School logo not appearing on the admission letter

Answer:  The internet connection must be good enough for image to load properly on the admission letter.

 

Question:  Format of admission letter not accepted by the school

Answer:  A Coloured format of admission letter is acceptable instead of a black and white

 

Question: Personal information not showing on the admission letter

Answer:  Put a call to the helpline and send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , it will be resolved in less than 2 hours for reprint

 

Question: Deferment of admission

Answer: Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to request for deferment and visit the school

 

Question: Change of course

Answer: Address a letter to the Deputy Director requesting for a change of course

 

 

 4.  REGISTRATION MATTERS

Question:  Inability to login to the school portal

Answer:

  • If you are returning student, carefully supply your username and password to login to the school portal
  • If after supplying your username and password, you still can’t login send  a mail for reset of password; then you can login with the default password (surname)
  • You can change your password by clicking on the link “Change Password”, then supply old and new password, click the submit button to continue. A confirmation email will be sent to your email
  • If you are a fresh student, carefully supply your username(matric no) and password(surname) to login to the portal
  • If you have not paid your school fees, your username will be your application no and your password will be your surname

 

Question: Photograph not showing on the student pages on the portal

Answer: Send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. containing a scanned copy of your school ID Card and a clear photograph (white background preferably) will be updated in less than 2 hours

 

Question: Wrong personal information on student biodata

Answer:

  • For every information on student biodata can be updated,  except Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Level and Program of Study
  • To update certain information, click on my biodata on the student profile and update the information appropriately
  • To correct Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Level and Program of Study, send a mail with evidence and this will be rectify in less than 2 hours

 

Question: Inability to generate payment advice for school fee

Answer:

  • Login carefully into the student profile,
  • Click on the myAccount tab, then
  • Click on Generate Payment Advice to download the payment advice
  • If the page is blank, kindly send your personal information (Matric No, Surname, First, Other, Level and Program of Study) to email………………… and the payment advice will be set.


Question: Payment advice details not complete or correct

Answer: If the payment advice details not complete or correct, kindly send a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your personal information (Matric No, Surname, First, Other, Level and Program of Study)

 

Question: School Fees payment not posted in the bank to the school portal

Answer:  Kindly go to the bank with your payment details e.g. Tellers and receipt; then request the payment been posted immediately

 

Question: Inability to print school receipts

Answer:

  • From the student profile page, click on myAccount tab, then
  • Click on Print School Receipts link and print school receipts
  • If after clicking on the print school receipt, the page is blank, simply send a mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with scanned payment details and it will be retify
  • Make sure the internet connection is okay

 

Question:  Forgot matric number

Answer:

  • To retrieve matric number as a fresh student,
  • Click on Retreive Matric Number and supply your application number,
  • Click retrieve button

 

Question: Unable to do course registration

Answer:

  • You must have paid your school fees
  • Check if fees have been posted by the bank on your student profile page
  • Check your biodata and update information where necessary
  • If you still cannot do course registration, kindly mail and it will be rectify

 

Question: Inability to register carry-over courses

Answer:

  • To register for carry-over courses, you need to pay for the exact number of courses. (Make sure this condition is satisfied)
  • Check if the fees have been posted by the bank to your student profile page
  • Check your biodata and update information where necessary

 

Question: Courses not approved

Answer: Kindly send mail to the course adviser and follow up with a call to the course adviser.

 

Question: Wrong course on the course registration page due to wrong level

Answer:

  • Check your biodata information and make adjustment where necessary. NOTE; Your send mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for wrong program of study and level
  • If course(s) are not available on your course registration page, kindly mail your details of the courses in particular

 

5.  EXAM MATTERS

Question: Add and delete of course

Answer: Send a mail to the course adviser to indicate Add and Delete of course, with the details of the courses you want to Add/Delete. You will be attended to you, and will give a reply after rectification

NOTE: If not effected yet after sent of mail, kindly call the course adviser in charge

 

Question: Printing of approved course registration form

Answer:

  • To print an approved course registration form,
  • Click on myCourse after login to the student profile page, and
  • Click on My Course Form to print the approved Course Registration Form
